Job Description
BAE Systems is seeking an Earned Value Finance Analyst with exceptional analytic skills to join the STS Planning & Control team. The successful candidate will have some experience with Earned Value rhythms and processes, be able to fill the role of partnering with Cost Account Managers (CAMs), have exceptional attention to detail, be able to follow guidelines ensuring proper cost control, and perform as part of the team delivering a monthly CDRL to our customer.
Primary Responsibilities include:
- Following a monthly battle rhythm with financial month-end close activities, data preparation for CAMs, report finalization, and assistance with analysis of data.
- Supporting surveillance audits
- Project setup within Oracle, appropriate cost control aligned with contract terms and adherence to FAR and CAS guidelines.
- Ensuring sound data between our accounting system and our EV systems
- Interfacing with Program Finance and Program Office for monthly financial forecasts, issues, concerns, and status.
- Developing and maintaining program artifacts and documentation
Required Education, Experience, & Skills
- Bachelor’s degree and 2 years of experience in a relevant discipline or equivalent experience
- Self-motivated with a bias for action, process/results oriented
- Ability to communicate effectively both orally and written
- Familiarity with EV principles
- Ability to prioritize and self-manage a multi-tasked workload in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to make decisions with sound judgement while complying with policies and procedures
Preferred Education, Experience, & Skills
- Experience with Oracle, OBIEE, PM Compass, Deltek COBRA, Open Plan, Microsoft Project,
- 2 years of experience supporting an Earned Value program
Pay Information
Full-Time Salary Range: $66084 - $112343

However, individual salaries are determined by a variety of factors including, but not limited to: business considerations, local market conditions, and internal equity, as well as candidate qualifications, such as skills, education, and experience.
