Role Overview

The Finance Manager is responsible for overseeing daily financial operations, budgeting, and reporting. This role works closely with the CEO and leadership team to support financial decision-making, provide accurate financial data and analysis, and ensure the company’s financial operations run efficiently and sustainably.

Key Responsibilities

1. Financial Management & Planning

Oversee daily financial operations, including bookkeeping, budget execution, and cash management
Assist in the preparation and execution of annual financial plans and forecasts
Monitor financial performance to ensure smooth and stable operations

2. Financial Reporting & Analysis

Prepare accurate and timely financial reports
Provide financial analysis to support business decisions
Identify opportunities to improve financial processes and efficiency

3. Budgeting & Cost Control

Monitor budget execution and control costs
Support departments and projects in financial planning and allocation

4. Cross-Functional Collaboration

Work closely with operations, content, and management teams to ensure financial alignment with business needs
Assist with finance-related matters for contracts, vendors, and partnerships

5. Team & Process Development

Support the optimization of financial processes, tools, and reporting standards
Participate in team development and training to enhance finance operations

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree or above in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field
10+ years of experience in finance, accounting, or financial management roles
Strong knowledge of financial management, budgeting, and financial analysis
Excellent communication and cross-team collaboration skills
Detail-oriented and responsible, able to work in a fast-paced environment
Experience in media, content, or technology platforms is a plus
