Chartered Accountant

Key Responsibilities

1. Internal Audit & Cost Control

Expense Governance: Conduct rigorous internal audits of all company outflows, including HR/Payroll, Procurement, and Store/Inventory management.
Leakage Identification: Implement systems to identify and eliminate waste, ensuring every penny spent contributes to growth.

2. Compliance & Taxation

Statutory Audits: Lead the preparation for annual statutory audits and ensure 100% accuracy in filings.
Tax Strategy: Manage Direct and Indirect Tax compliance (GST, Income Tax) and stay ahead of regulatory changes.
Government Schemes: Proactively research and apply for MSME benefits, export incentives, or any relevant or industry-specific government subsidies.

3. Banking & Fund Management

Banking Relations: Monitor banking charges, optimize interest rates, and manage day-to-day banking operations.
Debt & Finance: Oversee bank finance applications, CC limits, and term loan documentation.
Wealth Strategy: Analyze company funds and deploy "idle cash" into right-fit investment instruments for corporate wealth creation.

4. Strategic Growth & Fundraising

Investment Readiness: Prepare financial models, pitch decks, and due diligence reports for potential equity selling or strategic collaborations.
Strategic Support: Provide data-backed insights to the leadership team to support mergers, acquisitions, or joint ventures.

Qualified CA: You have cleared your ICAI examinations (1–2 years of post-qualification experience preferred).
The "Builder" Mindset: You enjoy creating processes from scratch rather than just following existing ones.
Analytical Rigor: You can spot a 1% discrepancy in a cost sheet from a mile away.
Communication: You can explain complex financial health to non-finance stakeholders and negotiate effectively with banks.

Direct Impact: You will report directly to the CEO/Founder influencing the company’s trajectory.
Fast-Track Growth: As we scale, your role is designed to evolve into a Head of Finance or CFO position.
Equity Exposure: Gain hands-on experience in high-level equity deals and strategic fundraising.
