Key Responsibilities:

Accounting:

Manage day-to-day accounting transactions (AP/AR, general ledger, bank

reconciliation, etc.)

Prepare and maintain financial records, vouchers, invoices, and receipts.

Assist in month-end and year-end closing activities.

Compute taxes and prepare tax returns in compliance with relevant regulations.

Ensure accuracy and compliance with applicable accounting standards.

Finance:

Handle accounts payable and receivable processes.

Assist in the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.

Support in preparing and filing statutory returns

Support internal and external audits.

Ensure compliance with accounting standards, tax regulations, and internal controls.

Liaise with banks, vendors, auditors, and other stakeholders as required.

Maintain documentation for financial transactions and records in an organized

manner.

Key Requirements:

Education: M.Com / MBA (Finance) / CA Inter or equivalent.

Experience: 2–4 years in a finance or accounting role.

CA dropouts and MBA Finance candidates are encouraged to apply — we value sharp financial instincts over just credentials.

Skills:

o Solid understanding of accounting and financial principles.

o Working knowledge of GST, TDS, and other compliance matters.

o Proficient in MS Excel and accounting software (e.g., Tally, SAP, Zoho Books,

QuickBooks).

o Strong analytical, organizational, and time management skills.

o Ability to work both independently and in a team.
