Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Finance Associate role located in Gurugram. Responsibilities include preparing and analyzing financial statements, assisting with financial reporting, and providing key financial insights to support business decisions. The Finance Associate will also manage financial data, support budget preparation, and collaborate with other teams to ensure compliance with company policies.
Qualifications
- Strong understanding of Financial Statements and Financial Reporting
- Proficient Analytical Skills to evaluate financial data effectively
- Knowledge of Finance principles and practices
- Excellent Communication skills for reporting and cross-functional collaboration
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field
- Advanced knowledge of financial management tools and Excel is a plus
- Attention to detail with a high degree of accuracy
- Prior experience in financial roles or internships is advantageous
