Role Description

This is a full-time, Hyrbid role for a Finance Assistant based in the Greater Edinburgh Area. The Finance Assistant will manage daily financial transactions, maintain accurate records, assist with invoice processing, handle accounts payable and receivable, and support month-end and year-end financial reporting. The role also involves reconciling bank statements, assisting in budget preparation, and supporting audits in collaboration with the finance team. Attention to detail and efficiency will be key to success in this role.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in managing financial transactions, invoices, accounts payable, and accounts receivable
• Strong organizational and time management skills with attention to detail
• Experience in using accounting software and tools
• Knowledge of financial regulations and accounting principles
• Effective communication and teamwork skills
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
• Relevant educational background in Finance, Accounting, or a related field
• Experience in the technology or recruitment industries is an advantage
