Own financial planning, forecasting, budgeting, and cost control to ensure transparency across cashflow, runway, cost structure, and ROI of initiatives.
Develop detailed business case and scenario models to guide strategic decisions.
Prepare clear reporting, KPIs, and performance insights for leadership and investors.
Coordinate legal and regulatory compliance efforts, including export control, GDPR, cybersecurity requirements, e.g. ISO 27001.
Ensure quality, safety, and security documentation and certification readiness, working closely with teams and external auditors, e.g. ISO 9001.
Manage external stakeholders such as auditors, tax advisors, legal counsel, and certification bodies.
Your Background
4+ years of experience in finance, controlling or similar positions. Preferably in a fast-moving startup or tech environment.
Strong hands-on experience in financial planning, business case modelling and forecasting.
Comfortable building investor-grade reporting, dashboards, and financial argumentation.
Reliability, discretion, and professionalism when working with confidential information.
Hands-on mentality with the willingness to take ownership and solve practical problems quickly.
Experience with compliance frameworks such as export control, GDPR, ISO 27001 is highly preferred.
Experience with quality management systems, including ISO 9001, and implementing structured operational processes is preferred.
