RESPONSIBILITIES

Reports directly to Accountant Manager of PT Gene Solutions Indonesia
Manages data input into online company system and completes customers data to ensure valid sales and payment data reconciliation
Withdraw and reconcile sales data from an online company system and/ or customer data tracker to develop an invoice for specific clients
Communicate with respective clients related to billing and payments
Support administrative work for internal employees travel

REQUIREMENTS

Minimum 2 years of experience as Finance & Accounting Staff/ Admin preferably in diagnostic/ consumer good companies
Finance and Accounting Educational Background
Female

Salary range: 12 -15mil/month IDR or negotiation.
