Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Finance and Account Manager, located in Gurugram. The Finance and Account Manager will oversee financial operations, including budgeting, financial planning, analysis, and reporting. They will ensure compliance with financial regulations, manage accounts, handle payroll, and conduct financial audits. The role also involves supervising accounting teams, developing key financial strategies, and contributing to business growth through sound financial decisions.

Qualifications

Accounting skills, knowledge of financial reporting, and ability to manage accounts
Budgeting, financial analysis, and strategic financial planning capabilities
Experience in compliance with financial regulations and conducting financial audits
Proficiency in handling payroll processes and managing accounting teams
Strong analytical and decision-making skills
Proficiency in accounting software and tools; knowledge of ERP systems is a plus
Minimum of a Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field; a professional accounting qualification (e.g., CPA, CA) is preferred
5+ years of experience in financial management, preferably in the pharmaceutical or life sciences industry
