Key Responsibilities

• Maintain accurate day-to-day accounting records in line with applicable accounting standards.
• Manage end-to-end bookkeeping activities including journal entries, ledgers, reconciliations, and documentation.
• Handle payroll processing, salary computation, and statutory deductions (PF, ESI, PT, etc.).
• Prepare and file GST returns (GSTR-1, GSTR-3B) and assist with GST reconciliations.
• Compute TDS, prepare challans, and file TDS returns on time.
• Support monthly, quarterly, and annual financial closing activities.
• Coordinate with internal teams, auditors, and vendors on accounting and compliance-related matters.
• Prepare basic financial statements and reports as needed.

Required Skills & Competencies

• Strong understanding of accounting principles and bookkeeping processes.
• Good working knowledge of GST, TDS, and payroll statutory requirements.
• Proficiency in Zoho, MS Excel, and other accounting/ERP tools.
• Excellent attention to detail, analytical ability, and time-management skills.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to collaborate across teams.
