Nodiac is an energy-tech platform that transforms idle renewable energy into a global resource for AI and high-performance compute. They enable site operators to monetize surplus capacity by deploying modular, containerized compute nodes directly at the source, creating scalable, sustainable, and autonomous infrastructure. Nodiac bridges the gap between renewable energy volatility and hyperscaler reliability needs, delivering Tier II/III data center reliability from intermittent renewables. Their platform provides auditable sustainability metrics and is built for decentralized, resilient, and clean energy-integrated compute, powering the next generation of AI, blockchain, and data-heavy applications. The business model likely involves services and potentially a SaaS component for managing compute resources and energy integration.
