Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Finance Account Specialist, located in New Delhi. The Finance Account Specialist will handle and maintain financial statements, assist with accounting tasks, manage payroll administration, and perform financial analysis to support business decisions. The role involves preparing reports, monitoring financial processes, and ensuring compliance with relevant accounting standards and regulations while collaborating closely with cross-functional teams.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in managing Financial Statements and related reporting processes
- Strong Analytical Skills to interpret data and contribute to financial decision-making
- Solid knowledge of Finance and Accounting principles, practices, and regulations
- Experience with Payroll Administration and processing employee compensation accurately
- Excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and problem-solving ability
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field
- Familiarity with financial software systems and advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel is an advantage
- Prior experience in corporate finance or accounting roles is preferred
