“Strategic and logistics-focused investors (e.g., Koch Disruptive Technologies, DB Schenker, Toyota Industries) indicate alignment with transportation, logistics, and industrial partners.”
At Gideon, we’re transforming the world of logistics with Trey, our autonomous forklift — already deployed in real operations and backed by a strategic partnership with Toyota. You’ll be at the center of real-world deployment, helping customers go live with advanced robotics in high-impact environments.
We are a passionate team of tech enthusiasts with diverse backgrounds, skills, and experiences, driven by excitement for what we do! Above all, we value teamwork, continuous learning, and a culture of kindness. As we expand into the U.S. market, this is a unique opportunity to be one of the first team members on U.S. territory and play a key role in shaping our presence. There's so much more to discover—hope we’ve sparked your curiosity!
About the role
This role is all about being in the field — running structured tests, identifying issues, working through system setups, and helping bring robots into full operation on-site. You’ll play a key role in bridging product and deployment by combining testing, troubleshooting, and basic software/hardware configuration. If you're not comfortable with frequent travel and working in real-world environments, this role likely isn't the right fit.
You'll be the boots on the ground, making sure our robots perform flawlessly in the real world — where it truly counts.
We are looking for a person who is ready to travel for around 50% of the time to work on sites across different states.
