Your Role
- Build and lead the installation team, organized into field crews, engineers, IT, and logistics.
- Oversee customer site deployments end-to-end, ensuring projects are delivered on time, to spec, and at high quality.
- Coordinate closely with the installation PM on customer communication, scheduling, and progress reporting.
- Supervise infrastructure engineers on provisioning, system configuration, and monitoring.
- Align procurement and logistics to guarantee smooth project execution.
- Mentor and train technicians, enforce safety and quality standards, and act as the escalation point for technical issues.
Your Profile
- 5+ years in hardware/network installations, with at least 2 years in a leadership role.
- Strong knowledge of network infrastructure (switches, firewalls, connectivity, camera systems).
- Hands-on troubleshooting and scripting skills (Linux/Bash or similar).
- Experienced in customer-facing delivery and project coordination.
- Fluent in English;
- Willing to travel regularly, with a valid driver’s license and ability to support hands-on work when needed.
Highly Preferred To Have a Valid Driver's License.
Expected to occasionally lift 30kg+
