Familiarity with security tooling, cloud environments, or detection platforms is helpful but not required
A thoughtful, curious, and resourceful mindset, with a genuine interest in improving detection coverage and customer outcomes
What the job involves
We are looking for a Field Solutions Architect to drive detection success across both pre-sales and post-sales engagements. In this position, you will serve as the technical expert for mid-market trials and demos—ensuring customers experience the full value of Doppel
Lead detection-focused trials, demos, and proof-of-concepts for mid-market prospects
Provide technical guidance and ensure best practices are followed throughout the sales cycle and instance deployment
Develop and validate detection strategies that align with customer environments while leading customer-specific platform configurations, investigating missed alerts, and validating detection efficacy
Assist with client escalations
Collaborate with Product and Engineering to refine and enhance detection coverage and ensure customer satisfaction
