About The Role We are seeking a proactive and skilled Field Service Engineer to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for supporting all aspects of instrument performance in the field; including installation, maintenance, servicing, upgrades, and retrofits.
You’ll also play a key role in feeding back site findings and insights to the organisation to help drive continuous improvement.
You will work closely with our Engineering teams based in New York, Stockholm, UK, and other locations across the EU.
