Perform troubleshooting and repair of diagnostic equipment in a timely manner to minimize operational disruptions and equipment downtime.
Install diagnostic equipment in accordance with company procedures and standards to ensure operational readiness at customer sites.
Conduct routine and preventive maintenance to maintain optimal equipment performance and prevent potential breakdowns.
Carry out quality control processes to ensure equipment functions according to established technical specifications.
Prepare and submit accurate and comprehensive service visit reports for evaluation and follow-up purposes.
Manage spare parts inventory and service accessories to ensure availability and proper condition in supporting operational activities.
Provide regular refresh training and technical knowledge updates to customers to ensure user competency is continuously maintained and improved.
Diploma (D3/D4) in Electromedical Engineering or related field.
Minimum 1 year of experience as a Field Service Engineer (FSE), preferably handling IVD (In Vitro Diagnostics) equipment.
Willing to travel for business trips across various regions in Indonesia.
Good command of English, both written and spoken.
