Job Title: Field Service Engineer – SPM and OSAT Equipment

Objective

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Field Service Engineer to lead the installation, commissioning, and technical support of Special Purpose Machines and semiconductor assembly/test equipment at customer sites. The ideal candidate will have hands-on expertise in precision machine setup, process validation, and customer interaction across diverse industrial environments including OSAT facilities.

Key Responsibilities

Required Skills and Experience

• Minimum 5+ years of experience in field service or equipment installation for automation systems, SPMs, or semiconductor equipment

• Strong understanding of OSAT processes including wafer handling, packaging, and test operations

Qualifications

• Diploma or Degree in Mechanical, Electronics, Mechatronics, or related engineering discipline

• OEM training or certification in semiconductor or automation equipment (preferred but not mandatory)

Preferred

• Experience with robotic integration, machine vision inspection, and Industry 4.0 connectivity

• Prior exposure to SPMs used in electronics, automotive, or semiconductor packaging lines

• Background in supporting Tier-1 OSATs or semiconductor OEMs
