You will act as Service & Product Specialist for our German-speaking market and be the technical reference for all deepLive™ users in this region. You will not only ensure flawless execution in the field, you will actively contribute to improving the product and shaping our service strategy. This role combines advanced optical technology, real-world clinical interaction, high-level troubleshooting and continuous product feedback.
