About The Role As a Field Application Engineer (FAE) at FuriosaAI, you will act as a technical bridge between our customers and the internal engineering teams, providing in-depth support for hardware and software issues. You will assist customers in resolving technical challenges related to our AI processors, focusing on Linux and PCIe based NPU Device systems. This role is ideal for candidates who are eager to learn, adapt proactively, and contribute to the success of cutting-edge AI technologies.
The FAE role involves close interaction with global customers, requiring effective communication in English and a willingness to travel internationally. Candidates with experience in fabless semiconductor companies or server manufacturers (ODM/OEM), particularly in test engineering roles, are highly preferred.
