We've grown 10x in revenue year-over-year by integrating AI into companies in ways that directly drive business value. We don't just build for others—we apply our insights to develop products of our own, such as our popular Chrome extension, which serves over 20,000 users by supporting content creation and summarization, and our more recent voice journal AI application.

Why This Role Exists

We're experiencing significant growth across multiple industry verticals, with healthcare emerging as a critical area of expansion. As we work with more health systems, digital health companies, life sciences organizations, and healthcare payors/providers, we need deep domain expertise at the table to ensure we're building solutions that truly understand the complexities of healthcare—from regulatory requirements to clinical workflows to patient experience.

This is where you come in. We're building an Expert in Residence program to bring seasoned healthcare leaders into our orbit—not as full-time employees, but as strategic advisors who can help us navigate this sector with confidence and credibility.

What You'll Do (2-5 hours/week)

Strategic Advising: Guide our healthcare product strategy, helping us identify high-value use cases and avoid common pitfalls in the space
Sales & Business Development Support: Join key prospect calls to establish credibility, speak the industry language, and help translate technical AI capabilities into healthcare outcomes
Product & Delivery Guidance: Advise on builds to ensure solutions align with healthcare standards, workflows, and compliance requirements (HIPAA, HITRUST, SOC 2, etc.)

Who You Are

10-15+ years in healthcare with director-level or above experience at healthcare organizations, health tech companies, digital health startups, or healthcare consulting firms

Compensation & Commitment

2-5 hours per week (flexible, async-friendly)
Hourly compensation commensurate with experience
Potential for project-based compensation for specific engagements or deals
