Job Description:
The Experiential Marketing Specialist is responsible for planning, managing, and executing impactful events and exhibitions that enhance the Bank’s brand presence and deliver memorable customer experiences. This role requires strong event management expertise, creativity, and the ability to collaborate across departments and with external partners to ensure all initiatives align with business and brand objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan, develop, and execute experiential marketing events, exhibitions, and activations from concept to completion.
- Collaborate closely with sector and division heads to ensure marketing initiatives support overall business strategies.
- Manage end-to-end event logistics, including vendor coordination, venue selection, budgeting, and timeline management.
- Negotiate with vendors, agencies, and partners to secure favorable terms and ensure high-quality deliverables.
Qualifications and Experience:
- Education:
Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Experience:
Minimum of 15 years of experience in event management, experiential marketing, or exhibition planning.
Skills:
- Strong project management and multitasking abilities in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent negotiation and vendor management skills.
- Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities.
- Exceptional communication, presentation, and collaboration skills.
- Proficiency in event management tools and marketing software is an advantage.
