Key Responsibilities

• Administrative Support
• Manage calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate appointments.
• Prepare agendas, minutes, and follow-up actions for meetings.
• Draft, review, and manage correspondence, reports, and presentations.
• Communication & Coordination
• Act as the primary point of contact between executives and internal/external stakeholders.
• Handle confidential information with discretion.
• Liaise with departments to ensure timely flow of information.
• Travel & Logistics
• Organize travel arrangements, including flights, accommodation, and itineraries.
• Manage event planning and coordination for conferences, workshops, and corporate functions.
• Documentation & Record Keeping
• Maintain filing systems (digital and physical) for easy retrieval
• Conduct research and compile data for executive decision-making.
• Prepare executive summaries and briefing notes.

Qualifications & Skills

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field.
• Proven experience (3–5 years) as an Executive Secretary, Personal Assistant, or similar role.
• Salary Budget 8-10 LPA
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
• Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
• Ability to handle sensitive information with integrity and confidentiality.
• Professional demeanor and interpersonal skills.
