Role Overview
As an Executive Search Researcher, you will play a pivotal role in supporting our executive search consultants by identifying, mapping, and engaging high-caliber candidates for senior leadership roles. Key Responsibilities
Conduct in-depth market and industry research to identify potential candidates for executive-level positions
Develop and execute sourcing strategies using a variety of tools, databases, and networking platforms
Build and maintain talent pipelines for current and future search assignments
Screen and assess candidate profiles to ensure alignment with client requirements
Prepare detailed research reports, candidate summaries, and market mapping documents

Required Skills and Qualifications
