Responsibilities
- Manage and maintain detailed calendars using Microsoft Outlook Calendar and Google Workspace, scheduling meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements with precision.
- Provide executive administrative support including email correspondence, phone etiquette, and document management to ensure seamless communication.
- Coordinate complex projects by tracking deadlines, preparing reports, and liaising with internal teams and external partners.
- Handle event planning for corporate meetings, conferences, and special events from logistics to execution.
- Perform data entry, bookkeeping using QuickBooks, and maintain accurate filing systems both digitally and physically.
- Conduct proofreading and transcription of documents, ensuring accuracy and clarity in all communications.
Experience
- Proven experience as an executive personal assistant or in a similar administrative role supporting high-level executives.
- Demonstrated expertise in office management, calendar management, data entry, clerical work, and customer service.
- Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), Google Workspace tools, and familiarity with DocuSign for electronic signatures.
- Experience with bookkeeping software such as QuickBooks is highly desirable.
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Pay: $22.00 - $26.00 per hour
