About the role:
We are seeking an Executive & Personal Assistant to support the Chairwoman of Constructor University Bremen and CEO of Constructor Knowledge as part of a dedicated support team.
This is a high-trust, high-responsibility role combining executive-level business support with personal and lifestyle coordination in an international environment. The role is not a standalone assistant position; you will work closely with other assistants and team members to ensure seamless coverage across professional and private matters.
Key focus areas include:
- Complex calendar, time, and priority management
- International travel and logistics (business & personal)
- Executive meetings, board support, and follow-ups
- High-quality document and presentation preparation
- Personal logistics coordination (appointments, family travel, lifestyle support)
- Absolute confidentiality and trusted gatekeeping
This role requires comfort managing both business and highly personal matters with professionalism, discretion, and sound judgment.
Ideal profile:
- Experience supporting senior executives, founders, or principals
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Calm, proactive, and detail-oriented
- Fluent English; additional languages a plus
- Comfortable working as part of a support team
