You will work directly with executive leadership to drive alignment, manage key initiatives, and support external engagement across partners and customers. Looking for someone highly organized, strong on follow-through, and comfortable operating in a fast-paced, high-ownership environment and takes pride in making things happen.

What You Will Do

• Drive execution across leadership priorities and key initiatives
• Ensure follow-through on decisions, meetings, and action items
• Coordinate internal operations and improve systems and workflows
• Support go-to-market efforts, including partner and customer engagement
• Act as a central point of coordination across teams to keep work moving

What We Are Looking For

• Highly organized with exceptional follow-through
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Experience with start up, tech or government contracts a plus
• Proactive, resourceful, and able to manage multiple priorities
• Experience supporting executives, operations, or growth teams
• Comfortable using modern tools (Google Workspace, CRM systems, project tracking tools) and able to quickly learn new systems
