DIAGNOLY is a DeepTech start-up based in Lyon, France, on a mission to revolutionize fetal screening. Our AI-powered medical software connects to ultrasound machines, analyzing exams in real time to help practitioners detect complex fetal pathologies before birth. By significantly improving fetal screening, our technology reduces the risk of lifelong disabilities, handicap or lethal outcomes for concerned babies.

Your Role

 

We are looking for a  an Executive CEO’s Assistant . You’ll be the CEO’s right hand — not just managing his calendar or inbox, but truly owning all non-strategic, high-friction operations that slow the company down. You’ll be a key operator at the heart of the company, handling all the essential but time-consuming tasks that keep a growing startup running smoothly. From admin to process improvement, your work will unlock time and focus for the entire team — helping product, technical, clinical and business functions move faster and more efficiently. You’ll bring structure where there’s chaos and momentum where things get stuck.

What You’ll Do

 

• Owning general administration (office, suppliers, insurance, tools),
• Handling accounting follow-up and coordination with our accountant
• Coordinating vendors and internal team requests
• Drafting and proofreading documents (client contracts, reports, presentations)
• Improving internal processes and staying ahead of bottlenecks
• Managing agenda, inbox, priorities, travel planning
• Following up on to-dos, reminders, deadlines

Who You Are

 

• Exceptionally organized, proactive, and reliable
• Previous experience in a startup or fast-paced tech environment
• 3–7 years of experience in a similar role (Executive Assistant, Operations Manager, Chief of Staff, etc.)
• You enjoy working behind the scenes, solving problems quietly and fast
• Fluent in French and professional in English (written & spoken)
