Executive Compensation Specialist

We’re looking for an Executive Compensation Specialist to join our global team and play a key role in shaping payroll, benefits, and compliance processes across multiple international locations. Reporting to the Senior Compensation & Benefits Manager, you’ll be at the heart of executive pay, governance, and risk management.

What You’ll Do

• Drive global payroll coordination and lead year‑end reporting
• Prepare materials for the Remuneration Committee
• Administer bonus, LTIP, and deferred compensation schemes
• Maintain the compensation risk register and ensure compliance across jurisdictions
• Support audits, data requests, and process improvements

What We’re Looking For

• 3–5+ years’ experience in payroll, compensation, and benefits (financial or professional services preferred)
• Strong knowledge of year‑end processes, policy administration, and risk management
• Proven ability to handle sensitive data with discretion and integrity
• Commercially aware, detail‑oriented, and confident building trusted relationships

This role is based in London city and will pay the right person up to £70k per annum + benefits. The position is a hybrid role with X2 days a week in office
