We’re Hiring | Executive Assistant

We’re looking for a highly organized, proactive Executive Assistant to work closely with senior leadership in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys structure, multitasking, and being the silent force that keeps everything running smoothly behind the scenes.

Key Responsibilities

Manage calendars, meetings, travel schedules, and follow-ups
Act as a point of coordination between internal teams and external stakeholders
Handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism
Prepare documents, presentations, reports, and meeting notes
Track tasks, deadlines, and priorities for leadership
Support day-to-day administrative and operational requirements
