Role
We are seeking a highly organized, proactive, and detail-oriented Executive Assistant to provide comprehensive support to the CEO and Executive Leadership Team.
This role is pivotal in ensuring the smooth running of daily operations, maintaining confidentiality, and enabling leadership to focus on strategic priorities in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.

Previous experience in international or multinational environments

Manage and coordinate the C-level's calendar, appointments, meetings, and conference calls
Organize and coordinate internal and external meetings
Prepare and set up meeting rooms (materials, documentation, basic technical support, manages accesses)
Draft meeting minutes and ensure timely follow-up on action items
Arrange national and international business travel (flights, accommodation, transfers, itineraries)
Handle correspondence and internal/external communications
Support the preparation of presentations, reports, and briefing documents
Liaise with external stakeholders, partners, and vendors
Manage expense reports and related administrative tasks
Provide organizational support for corporate events and strategic meetings
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (especially Outlook, Excel, and PowerPoint)
Good/very good command of English (both written and spoken)
Ability to work independently and under pressure
Strong problem-solving skills and proactive mindset
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Experience organizing corporate events or board meetings
Familiarity with project management tools
Basic knowledge of budgeting or administrative accounting
Availability for occasional business travel
Experience supporting C-level executives
