About the Role

We are looking for a highly organized and proactive Executive Assistant to support our Founders/Co-founders in daily operations, strategic initiatives, and personal tasks. This is a critical role for a trusted partner who can manage multiple priorities, operate independently, and thrive in a fast-paced startup environment.

The ideal candidate will be comfortable supporting leaders working across global time zones, especially US working hours, and will ensure seamless coordination both locally and internationally.

What You’ll Own

• Manage calendars, prioritize tasks, and optimize founders’ efficiency.
• Plan, coordinate, and follow up on key meetings and initiatives to ensure effective execution.
• Support travel planning and logistics for both domestic and international trips.
• Anticipate needs, identify potential bottlenecks, and proactively solve problems.
• Conduct research, prepare presentations/reports, and provide actionable insights to support decision-making.
• Coordinate with internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure priorities are executed smoothly.

What Makes You a Great Fit

• 3–4 years of experience in roles such as Executive Assistant, preferably supporting founders.
• Exceptional organizational and multitasking skills with strong attention to detail.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• High level of discretion and ability to handle sensitive information.
• Comfortable supporting leaders in US time zone hours and coordinating across different regions.
• Tech-savvy and proficient with productivity and collaboration tools.
• Proactive, ownership-driven mindset with the ability to work independently.
