The  Founder’s Executive Assistant

 is the operational backbone of the leadership team — the person who transforms moving parts into smooth execution. You’ll ensure the founders’ days run with precision and rhythm — keeping communication clear, schedules optimized, and priorities on track.

You understand the immense value of a founder’s time and know how to protect it — enabling them to focus on strategy, execution, and growth while you keep every moving piece in sync.

Key Responsibilities

Requirements

• 2–5 years of experience as an Executive Assistant supporting founders or senior leadership.
• Proven ability to manage complex schedules, high-volume communication, and fast-moving priorities.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to represent the founders professionally and confidently.
• Exceptionally organized, detail-oriented, and capable of bringing calm and clarity to high-speed environments.
• Thrives in startup or early-stage ecosystems, with strong ownership, adaptability, and a bias for action.
