We are seeking a highly organized, proactive, and discreet Executive Assistant to support the Chief Executive Officer. This role goes far beyond calendar management — the EA will serve as a strategic partner, ensuring the CEO’s time, priorities, and communications are optimized for maximum organizational impact.
The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, thrives in fast-paced environments, anticipates needs before they arise, and communicates with exceptional professionalism.
Key Responsibilities
Executive Support & Operation
- Manage and optimize the CEO’s calendar, travel, meetings, and day-to-day workflow.
- Prioritize and triage incoming requests, communications, and decisions requiring the CEO’s attention.
- Prepare briefings, agendas, talking points, reports, and follow-ups for internal and external meetings.
- Ensure the CEO is fully prepared for all engagements with relevant context, data, and materials.
- Maintain strict confidentiality and handle sensitive information with absolute discretion.
Communication & Coordination
- Act as the primary point of contact between the CEO and internal/external stakeholders.
- Draft, review, and edit emails, memos, presentations, and official correspondence on behalf of the CEO.
- Facilitate smooth communication and alignment across leadership teams and departments.
- Ensure timely follow-ups and action-item tracking after executive meetings.
Strategic & Project Support
- Assist the CEO in tracking high-priority projects, KPIs, deadlines, and company-wide initiatives.
- Conduct research, gather data, and prepare summaries to support decision-making.
- Coordinate board materials, investor updates, and executive presentations.
- Identify process improvements to streamline executive operations and workflows.
Relationship Management
- Build trusted relationships with employees, customers, partners, and investors.
- Represent the CEO professionally and positively in all interactions.
- Support event planning, leadership offsites, and key executive forums.
Qualifications
Required
- 5+ years of experience as an Executive Assistant or Chief of Staff supporting C-level executives.
- Exceptional organizational and time-management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with a high level of professionalism.
- Ability to work under pressure, pivot quickly, and maintain calm in fast-changing environments.
- High emotional intelligence and a proactive, solutions-driven mindset.
- Proficiency in productivity tools (Google Workspace / MS Office, Slack, Notion, project management tools).
Preferred
- Experience in technology, SaaS, AI, consulting, or high-growth environments.
- Experience handling investor relations, board communication, or CEO office operations.
- Strong analytical skills and ability to distill information clearly.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹150,000.00 per month
