• Organizing, maintaining, and filing company documentation and records

• Assisting leadership with scheduling, correspondence, and administrative tasks

• Managing physical and digital filing systems

• Supporting preparation of internal documents and reports

Bookkeeping & Accounting Support

• Assisting with invoicing, expense tracking, and documentation organization

• Supporting coordination with external accounting and finance partners

• Maintaining organized financial records

HR & People Operations Support

• Assisting with onboarding and offboarding documentation

• Maintaining employee and contractor records

• Supporting HR compliance documentation and internal processes

Sales & Operations Support (As Needed)

• Assisting with sales documentation and customer records

• Supporting shipping, logistics, and inventory coordination when applicable

• Help track orders, deliveries, and related paperwork

General Office Operations

• Coordinating vendors and basic office needs

• Supporting compliance, reporting, and internal process organization

• Providing ad hoc operational support as needed in a startup environment

Qualifications

• Prior experience in executive assistance, office management, or operations support

• Strong organizational and communication skills

• Experience with bookkeeping or accounting support is a plus

• Experience supporting HR or people operations

• Degree in business-related field preferred
