We are looking for an experienced Executive Assistant and Office Manager to support our CEO while managing our New York office. This role is critical in ensuring smooth day-to-day administration and enabling our leadership to focus on strategic initiatives.
In this dual role, you'll manage complex calendar coordination across multiple time zones, handle sensitive information with discretion, and oversee office administration to create an efficient and engaging workplace environment. You'll be the key point person for internal and external stakeholders, representing the company professionally and competently.
This role is temporary but due to our growth plans for 2026, there may be opportunities to extend the length of the work assignment.

Base Salary: $85,000 - $95,000 annualized
