This is a hands-on, operational role suited to someone who enjoys ownership, structure, and problem-solving. You will play a key role in ensuring smooth day-to-day operations, continuity of support, and effective coordination across time zones.

Core Responsibilities
Executive & Operations Support
-Calendar management, scheduling, and coordination across multiple time zones
-Travel planning and logistics, including itineraries and changes
-Inbox and message triage; drafting clear and professional responses
-General administrative support, documentation, and follow-up tracking
Candidate Profile
-2–3 years’ experience as an Executive Assistant, Personal Assistant, or Operations Assistant
-Highly organised, reliable, and proactive
-Comfortable working remotely and independently
-Strong written and verbal English
-Tamil language skills strongly preferred
-High level of discretion, ownership, and attention to detail
