Join the dynamic team at Intrinseque Health as an Executive Assistant - Admin. In this full-time position based in Melaka Tengah, Melaka, you will play a crucial role in supporting the day-to-day operations and contributing to the success of this growing organisation.
What you'll be doing
- Provide comprehensive administrative and executive support to senior leadership, including managing calendars, scheduling meetings, and handling correspondence
- Assist with the coordination of office operations, including procurement, vendor management, and facilities management
- Support the organisation of events, conferences, and other company initiatives
- Maintain detailed records and reports, ensuring information is accurate and up-to-date
- Act as a point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, providing excellent customer service
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of administrative processes and procedures
What we're looking for
- At least 3 years of experience in a similar executive assistant or administrative role, ideally in a fast-paced, professional environment
- Strong organisational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritise and multitask effectively
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact with individuals at all levels of the organisation
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite, with the ability to learn new software and systems quickly
- A proactive, detail-oriented, and adaptable approach to problem-solving
- Excellent customer service skills and a commitment to providing a high level of support.
