Join the dynamic team at Intrinseque Health as an Executive Assistant - Admin. In this full-time position based in Melaka Tengah, Melaka, you will play a crucial role in supporting the day-to-day operations and contributing to the success of this growing organisation.

What you'll be doing

• Provide comprehensive administrative and executive support to senior leadership, including managing calendars, scheduling meetings, and handling correspondence
• Assist with the coordination of office operations, including procurement, vendor management, and facilities management
• Support the organisation of events, conferences, and other company initiatives
• Maintain detailed records and reports, ensuring information is accurate and up-to-date
• Act as a point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, providing excellent customer service
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of administrative processes and procedures

What we're looking for

• At least 3 years of experience in a similar executive assistant or administrative role, ideally in a fast-paced, professional environment
• Strong organisational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritise and multitask effectively
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact with individuals at all levels of the organisation
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite, with the ability to learn new software and systems quickly
• A proactive, detail-oriented, and adaptable approach to problem-solving
• Excellent customer service skills and a commitment to providing a high level of support.
