About the Role
This is a structured Founder’s Office apprenticeship for a highly capable, AI-native operator who wants direct exposure to how ambitious technology companies are built.
You will work directly with the CEO of MyWorker.ai at the intersection of AI systems, communications strategy, CRM architecture, and operational execution.
This is not a traditional administrative internship.
It is designed for someone who is ambitious, hungry, and serious about learning how high-performance founders operate.
Duration: 3–6 months
Time Commitment: 15–20 hours per week
Compensation: Unpaid apprenticeship. Exceptional performance may lead to a performance-based equity grant and/or paid role.

What You’ll Work On
You will help increase clarity, speed, and leverage inside the Founder’s Office.
Responsibilities may include:
• Drafting and triaging executive communications (LinkedIn + email)
• Managing and improving CRM workflows (HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar)
• Tracking investor and partner pipeline opportunities
• Designing AI-assisted communication systems
• Supporting AI workflow development using tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, Perplexity, and Manus.ai
• Identifying automation opportunities and building structured processes
• Maintaining weekly executive briefing documents
• Calendar optimization and scheduling strategy
You will not simply complete tasks.
You will help design systems.

• Is comfortable working with CRMs and structured data
• Notices inefficiencies and fixes them without being told

• Stays calm under ambiguity

This role is not for resume collectors.
It is for someone who wants proximity to decision-making and real operational ownership.
