About The Role We’re looking for a highly organized and proactive Event Planner and Coordinator to join our growing marketing team. You’ll be responsible for planning and executing virtual and in-person events, including webinars, conferences, trade shows, and internal sales enablement initiatives. This is a hands-on role ideal for someone who thrives on logistics, timelines, and making things happen.

Responsibilities

• Plan, coordinate, and execute Biorce-hosted events, webinars, workshops, and third-party events (in-person & virtual).
• Manage all event logistics: scheduling, registration, vendors, shipping, booth materials, travel, invoicing, etc.
• Collaborate with sales and product teams to develop supporting materials and collateral.
• Own event calendars, timelines, and post-event reporting (including ROI metrics).
• Support marketing operations efforts and help implement tools or processes to improve event performance.
• Coordinate speaking opportunities and sponsorships to increase brand visibility.
• Ensure brand consistency across all event-related activities.

Requirements

• Experience: 3–5 years in event planning, marketing operations, or sales support roles.
• Organized & Detail oriented: you thrive on structure, deadlines, and ensuring no detail falls through the cracks.
• Logistics master: you know what it takes to make an event run smoothly from start to finish.
• Communicator: strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Collaborative & Proactive: comfortable working with cross-functional teams and taking initiative.
• Bonus Points for: knowledge of clinical trials, life sciences, health innovation, regulated B2B sectors or B2B SaaS industries.
