Position Summary:
The Events & Activations Temp will work with the Events & Activations staff under the direction of the Associate Director of Events & Activations, focusing on HRC’s fundraising Dinners and Signature Events across the country. Events Administrative Temp must be extremely proactive, detail oriented, with database experience and demonstrate aptitude to handle a multitude of details simultaneously. This position will be responsible for fulfillment operations, auction organization, and administrative support.
The Events & Activations Temp will also support the Events & Activations team’s Pride program, facilitating logistics for HRC’s presence at Pride events nationwide. This position will also lead on restocking and fulfilling all merchandise and materials for HRC’s Pride participation.
This position is in-person 5 days a week, based in Washington, DC and is not eligible for remote or regular telework status. This is a six-month temporary position starting in late January 2026 and ending in late July 2026.
