1. Event Strategy & Planning
Develop event strategies, concepts, and experiences aligned with NSW’s business goals, brand positioning, and innovation-driven identity.
Build annual and project-based event calendars, budgets, and resource plans to ensure structured and timely execution.
Plan, organize, and manage end-to-end delivery of all marketing events, including trade shows, exhibitions, product launches, roadshows, conferences, and corporate events.
Strategically coordinate all event logistics, including venue selection, vendor management, equipment setup, transportation, on-site operations, and post-event reports to back future improvements.
2. Brand Experience & Customer Engagement
Develop and execute event-focused engagement strategies and on-ground experience plans, working with Digital Marketing, Marcom, and Content teams to ensure consistent messaging and cohesive pre-/post-event promotion.
Enhance customer interaction and satisfaction by designing impactful on-site experiences, demonstrations, and engagement touchpoints that elevate NSW’s brand perception.
Coordinate with media partners, industry contacts, and influencers for event visibility while collaborating with Marketing Intelligence for data-driven event insights.
Strengthen customer relationships through event-driven interactions, lead follow-up coordination, and customer appreciation initiatives in partnership with Sales and Marcom teams.
3. Cross-Department Collaboration
Lead end-to-end event coordination with internal teams, vendors, sponsors, and external agencies to ensure flawless execution.
Manage guest engagement, including invitations, RSVPs, and attendance tracking.
Collaborate with Sales, Product, R&D, and Marketing teams to align event content with business, technology, and brand objectives.
Drive integrated physical and digital engagement strategies to enhance storytelling, brand visibility, and corporate communications.
4. Event Management & Execution
Plan, organize, and execute trade shows, exhibitions, roadshows, and corporate events with end-to-end oversight.
Supervise on-site setup, registration, booth presentation, and overall event flow to ensure a seamless attendee experience.
Manage vendors, negotiate contracts, and oversee logistics to ensure quality, cost efficiency, and professional delivery.
Handle on-site challenges, drive customer engagement, and maintain brand visibility and professional standards throughout the event.
5. Budgeting & Reporting
Prepare, manage, and monitor event budgets to ensure cost-effectiveness and alignment with financial targets.
Track expenses, evaluate ROI, and analyse lead conversion and participant feedback to measure event success.
Conduct post-event evaluations and provide actionable insights for continuous improvement.
Maintain comprehensive documentation, visuals, and reports for strategic reference and future planning.
6. Brand & Relationship Building
Ensure consistent and impactful brand representation across all event materials and activities to reinforce reputation and credibility.
Foster and deepen relationships with clients, partners, and industry contacts through meaningful interactions that enhance brand image and trust.
Drive customer engagement and support lead generation by creating memorable, professional, and relationshipfocused event experiences.
Job Summary / Purpose:
The Event Marketing Executive drives NSW’s experiential marketing initiatives by transforming strategic marketing objectives into high-impact, on-ground brand experiences. This role leads end-to-end delivery of effective marketing events, including trade shows, exhibitions, product launches, roadshows, conferences, and corporate events, ensuring every activation strengthens customer engagement, elevates brand visibility, and supports NSW’s business growth.
Collaborating with internal teams and external partners, the role combines strategic planning with hands-on execution to deliver seamless events with measurable outcomes. It ensures a strong and professional NSW presence as well as effective operations that shape NSW’s reputation as an innovative industry leader.
Ultimately, the role serves as a strategic bridge between NSW and its audiences, bringing innovation and creating memorable and impressive experiences that build trust, deepen relationships, and reinforce long-term customer loyalty.
