ABOUT THE ROLE
This role exists to bring Axiles Bionics to life beyond digital channels through real-world experiences. By executing high-impact events and field activations, this role strengthens brand credibility, supports market expansion, and builds lasting relationships with professionals and partners.
We are looking for a highly organized and proactive Event & Field Marketing Coordinator to join our team. You will play a key role in owning and executing Axiles Bionics’ event strategy end-to-end, from international industry congresses and trade fairs to product launches, user testing events, coordinating and supporting on-site activations when required.
This role is for someone who enjoys structuring and scaling field marketing initiatives in a fast-growing organization. You will enable the marketing and sales teams to leverage events as strategic growth and relationship-building drivers, supporting market expansion.
WHAT YOU WILL DO
• Event Strategy & Planning: Identify, select, and plan relevant industry events, defining objectives, formats, timelines, and priorities aligned with marketing and sales goals.
• End-to-End Event Execution: Manage events from preparation to on-site coordination and post-event coordination, including logistics, stakeholder management, and operational wrap-up.
• Axiles-Led Events: Plan and deliver proprietary events such as product launches, demo days, and user testing sessions, ensuring impactful and well-executed experiences.
• Booth Coordination: Coordinate the design, production, and setup of booths and event spaces in collaboration with internal teams and external suppliers.
• Lead Capture & Sales Coordination: Implement lead capture processes during events and coordinate the handover of qualified contacts to sales and marketing teams for structured post-event follow-up.
• Brand Representation & Collaboration: Represent Axiles Bionics at regional and international events and work closely with marketing and sales to support market expansion and brand visibility.
WHAT YOU BRING
• You hold a degree in Event Management, Marketing, Communication, or a related field.
• You bring 2–4 years of experience in event management or field marketing, with hands-on exposure to live events and on-site execution.
• You are comfortable managing events end to end, from planning and coordination to on-site delivery and follow-up.
• You combine strong organizational skills with a pragmatic, hands-on mindset in fast-paced environments.
• You communicate confidently with internal teams, partners, and suppliers.
• You are fluent in English and French. Additional languages are a plus.
• You are open to regular travel and enjoy representing a brand in public and international settings.
