Client is seeking an Event Coordinator! This role is onsite in New York, New York, 5 days/week. You will be working 40 hours/week with the potential for some overtime hour days.
This role is 1-3 months with the possibility to extend.
WHAT YOU'LL DO:
Support the Meeting and Events Manager and work within a small team.
Coordinate and oversee meetings and events at various locations.
Work weekends and evenings as needed for events.
Act as liaison with landlords and agencies to ensure proper communication and execution.
Manage event schedules and confirm all arrangements.
Coordinate with CBRE team for event setup and logistics.
Handle access arrangements, security, and AV requirements.
Be visible and available during events to assist with stakeholders and troubleshoot issues.
Ensure smooth operations in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
WHAT YOU'LL NEED:

In this position, you may have access to client or customer systems, confidential and/or proprietary information or data. This position is onsite and requires you to work closely with other individuals in a collaborative team environment.
