Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for an Etch Process Engineer, based in Singapore. The Etch Process Engineer will design, develop, and optimize etch processes to meet evolving semiconductor manufacturing requirements. Responsibilities include process characterization, process monitoring and control, troubleshooting, and ensuring the highest standards of product quality and operational efficiency. This role requires collaboration with cross-functional teams to implement and sustain process improvements.
Qualifications
- Strong foundation in Process Design and Process Engineering
- Experience in Process Control and ensuring process repeatability and reliability
- Proficient Analytical Skills for troubleshooting and process optimization
- Background in Chemical Engineering or a closely related engineering discipline
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
- Familiarity with semiconductor manufacturing, specifically in etch process technology, is a plus
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering or a related field
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
