Role Description
This is a full-time remote role for an
ERP Implementation Project Manager,
who will be responsible for carrying out project tasks, supporting the COO and liaising with clients. We expect you to be able to meet deadlines and multi-task between priorities, with excellent communication and problem solving skills. If you are a confident and flexible self-starter, capable of operating in a dynamic environment and want to work within a startup, we’d like to meet you.
Training will be provided on the process and methodology of project planning and management. You will be expected to train and familiarise yourself thoroughly with our key app software. The role involves working closely with clients to understand their needs, identify process gaps, and recommend tailored ERP solutions.

Carry out implementation project tasks as per the plan. This is a key element as it requires client contact, resolving client questions, monitoring the progress against the plan and reporting issues to the COO.
You should be able to analyse client data, and plan for its ‘clean up’ and assist in uploading the data into the client’s new systems.
Customer facing-role, to coordinate project tasks with client staff, host meetings, both external and internal
Knowledge of implementing and integrating ERP / MRP stacks, ideally cloud-based.
Knowledge of Xero and QBO would be beneficial and but not essential
Preparing project documentation using design and scoping documentation
Review financial data for clients and create tasks to make sure completed by team members.
You need to be a quick learner and self-motivated, and onboard yourselves on the apps in Kounteq App stack.
You are expected to onboard yourself on 3rd party integrations apps, e.g. Zapier, Cartrover, (advantageous).
Carrying out UAT and coordinating fixes and retesting with internal staff and client
You will be interacting with clients for reporting, training and onboarding.
Good writing skills are required to document clients processes and procedures.
Develop and maintain procedure documentation for Kounteq.
ERP Experience - 4+ years
Education – Undergraduate degree with a numerate focus required, e.g. maths, engineering, business, accounting.
Experience – 3+ years of work experience. Will hire on aptitude and ability over experience.
Strong understanding or experience working with Data and project management apps is a basic requirement, such as Asana.
You are expected to have and display strong analytical skills, understand processes and workflows, have an understanding of integrations and API connectivity (though not essential).
Excellent communication and problem solving skills.
Ability to meet deadlines and multi-tasking.
Aware of current industry developments and best practices.
Fluent in English with excellent writing and communication skills, and an attention to detail.
Extremely well organised and able to prioritise business needs effectively.
Confident and flexible self-starter, capable of operating in a dynamic environment.
An unwavering desire for continuous improvement and innovation.
