Position Overview We are seeking an Epoxy Engineer – Specialist with deep expertise in epoxy materials, formulations, and dispensing processes used in optical and photonic devices. This role is critical to ensuring high reliability, yield, and performance of optical assemblies through robust adhesive selection, development, and process optimization.
The role will work closely with R&D, manufacturing, quality, and global operations teams, and act as a technical authority for epoxy-related challenges across product lines.
