Wir suchen für unser junges, dynamisches Team einen Epitaxy Operator/Techniker/Spezialisten

Hauptaufgaben:

• Durchführung von MBE-Epitaxie-Wachstum von Wafern gemäß festgelegten Standardarbeitsanweisungen (SOPs).
• Durchführung der Wafer-Qualifizierung und genaue Dokumentation von Produktion und Prozessen.
• Unterstützung bei Prozessüberwachung, Gerätekalibrierung und Datenerfassung.
• Zusammenarbeit mit leitenden Epitaxie-Ingenieuren zur Sicherstellung eines kontinuierlichen und stabilen Produktionsoutputs.
• Unterstützung bei Gerätequalifikationen und Sicherstellung eines stabilen Betriebs des MBE-Systems während Produktionsläufen.
• Führen von genauen Wartungsprotokollen, Checklisten und Serviceaufzeichnungen gemäß internen Qualitätsstandards.
• Einhaltung von Sicherheits- und Reinraumprotokollen.
• Mitwirkung bei der Aufrechterhaltung und Verbesserung der 5S- und Lean-Manufacturing-Standards.
• Teilnahme an der Erstellung und Überarbeitung von Arbeitsanweisungen, Flussdiagrammen und technischer Dokumentation.
• Unterstützung von kontinuierlichen Verbesserungsaktivitäten (DoE, PFMEA, Kaizen, TPM, etc.).

Qualifikationen:

• Technische Ausbildung oder Studium in Physik, Materialwissenschaft, Mikroelektronik oder einem verwandten Bereich.
• Erfahrung mit MBE-Systemen oder ähnlichen epitaktischen Wachstumstechnologien von Vorteil.
• Hohe Genauigkeit und Zuverlässigkeit bei der Einhaltung definierter Arbeitsabläufe.
• Fähigkeit, repetitive und präzisionsorientierte Tätigkeiten im Reinraum durchzuführen.
• Erfahrung in der Serienfertigung von Halbleitern oder ähnlichen High-Tech-Produktionsumgebungen bevorzugt.
• Vertrautheit mit 5S, Lean Manufacturing, ESD, Reinraumvorschriften, PFMEA, DoE, Kaizen, TPM-Konzepten.

We are looking for an Epitaxy operator/Technician/ specialist to join our young, dynamic team.

Key Responsibilities

· Perform MBE epitaxial wafer growth according to defined standard operating procedures (SOPs).

· Conduct wafer qualification and maintain accurate production and process documentation.

· Support process monitoring, equipment calibration, and data recording.

· Collaborate with senior epitaxy engineers to ensure continuous, stable production output.

· Support equipment qualification and ensure stable operation of the MBE system during production runs.

· Maintain accurate maintenance logs, checklists, and service records in accordance with internal quality standards.

· Follow established safety and cleanroom protocols.

· Contribute to maintaining and improving 5S and Lean Manufacturing standards.

· Participate in the preparation and revision of work instructions, flow charts, and technical documentation.

· Support continuous improvement activities (DoE, PFMEA, Kaizen, TPM, etc.).

Qualifications

· Technical degree or training in physics, material science, microelectronics, or a related field.

· Experience with MBE systems or similar epitaxial growth technologies is a plus.

· Strong attention to detail and reliability in following defined procedures.

· Ability to perform repetitive and precision-oriented tasks in a cleanroom environment.

· Experience in serial semiconductor production or similar high-tech manufacturing environments preferred.

· Familiarity with 5S, Lean Manufacturing, ESD, Cleanroom Requirements, PFMEA, DoE, Kaizen, TPM concepts.

· Good English communication skills (spoken and written) are mandatory.

· Flexibility for shift work and occasional overtime or short business trips.
