We are seeking a skilled World Builder & Level Designer who can create immersive environments, build structured training levels, and handle technical setup inside Unreal Engine. The ideal candidate blends environment design, world-building, and 3D asset knowledge (Blender).
Key Responsibilities
• Build and polish environments, landscapes, and training zones in Unreal Engine.
• Handle lighting, collisions, world partitioning, level streaming, and optimization.
• Create training modules with multiple difficulty levels.
• Use Blueprints for triggers, interactions, checkpoints, scoring, and level flow.
• Create or modify 3D assets using Blender—fix topology, UVs, pivots, collisions, and LODs.
• Import and set up assets with proper materials, scaling, and naming conventions.
• Ensure performance-friendly levels with clean structure and debugging.
Required Skills
• Strong experience in Unreal Engine (world building, lighting, collisions, Blueprints).
• Proficiency in Blender for 3D modeling and asset cleanup.
• Understanding level design, composition, and world-building fundamentals.
• Ability to create or modify modular assets.
• Strong problem‑solving skills and attention to detail.
