The Role
You will own enterprise new-logo acquisition and strategic expansions. Typical cycles involve CIO, COO & Head-of-CX, and culminate in global MSAs. You’ll partner with SDRs for pipeline generation and with the leadership team for accurate board-level forecasting.
Key Responsibilities
Solution selling:
articulate ROI of AI automation for large support operations, leveraging tailored demos and pilots.
Enterprise hunting:
build territory plans, map buying committees, and run discovery with senior stakeholders.
Contract negotiation:
navigate legal and procurement to signature.
Forecasting:
maintain 90 %+ accuracy in HubSpot; present quarterly outlook to CEO.
